Q: Can you check whether you are a beneficiary of someone’s Will?
A: No, you cannot find out whether you have been named as a beneficiary in someone’s Will until they die.
After this point, you’ll be notified by the executor of the Will that you are a beneficiary, but you aren’t legally entitled to see the Will unless the executor decides to grant you access.
